    "content": "Hon. Chairlady I support the amendment which seeks to align the law with the Constitution. As the Mover has explained, the Kenyan Sign language is different from any other sign language. Therefore, the amendment has been proposed in recognition of what is provided in the Constitution. It will align the provision of the Act to the Constitution. With those remarks, I support the amendment."
