    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to appreciate what has gone on and the amendments that have been brought to the Persons with Disabilities Bill. The point I want to bring is that as we go on, there are many laws that we have that are not being fully implemented. With regard to persons with disabilities, as much as we are doing them one by one, we have done this. We have done the sign language and we have talked about buildings. These are the comprehensive ones. The Parliamentary Committee on disability should look at all of them. Where we have the biggest problem for persons with disabilities is public transport. Although there is a law and regulation on that, it is not being implemented. We need to put all these together so that persons with disabilities get comprehensive support. Thank you."
