We have seen many other schools from the rural villages which have not done well visiting the schools which have done well. You can only know that a school has done better than yours through benchmarking. Hon. Washiali is looking at me and I know his schools in Mumias have been doing very well. I want to congratulate him. We have had issues where my schools had planned a tour to Mumias and learn how schools in Mumias have been performing and what practices they have been putting in place."
