    "content": "That is just the same as saying that we should have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) and Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) certificates of completion. There is no need of having marks in this case. It is simply marking but not awarding marks. Being a teacher by profession, I do not think that, that is the right direction to go. I ask my fellow Members to support my amendment so that we have the word “resolves” which will dictate the Government or the Ministry to revert back to the ranking system. Thank you."
