    "content": "amendment. My reasoning is that, today, it is Jubilee’s Government and tomorrow it might be Jakoyo’s government. When I am in Government and I have proposed a policy, I want that policy to be tried and tested. It is interesting that a Jubilee Member of Parliament can propose to its Government that it does something against its own policies! What is wrong with this Jubilee Government? Who is in charge? Is it the Member of Parliament for Magarini or is it the Cabinet? I oppose."
