"content": "Ranking is a very popular way of measuring performance in Kenya. Kenyans all over would wish that it continues because it has helped them to choose good schools for their children. Ranking has been a tradition in this country and Kenyans have not said they do not want it. For that matter, Kenyans are being denied participation in the process. The Cabinet Secretary should have involved all the stakeholders, but he never consulted them. He went alone as usual and, therefore, it is a reason enough for us to support ranking so that you are able to know what is happening in our education system. It also helps schools to compete against each other and, therefore, they are able to improve in their results. With these and others that have been said, I support."
