In Rhamu Town in Mandera north, they handed over the power station last year to the Kenya Power Company, which to date has not been able to take it over because of concerns about the quality. I understand that this is the case on several similar power stations. Could the Chairman also clarify about the capacity of REA to audit quality of works being done by the contractors?"
