PREVAILING CHAOS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ELDORET Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to respond to a Statement which was requested by Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale in regard to the chaos which led to the closure of the University of Eldoret.
