My first point was to complain that I do not have the benefit of having to interrogate such an important report that appears to be having volumes of papers, as you rightly said. Before I even go further, would I be in order to ask that you stand down the Chairman to deliver this Statement tomorrow, when he shall have made sure that I have copies of those documents so that I will have the advantage of reading and interrogating them?"
