Members, because of the technological advances that we all appreciate, those of you that have the advantage of having mobile phones, when you get here put them on silent mode so that you do not embarrass yourselves like hon. Maanzo who is trying to touch various buttons and the gadget continues ringing because his constituents are still looking for him. Nobody is being denied the right to come with their mobile phones but it is only fair that we must be able to hear one another. Put them on silent or vibration mode. The next thing that we are going to do, and I am happy that the communication that I am making is related exactly to this, if you are making your way in just remain where you are. Do not start bending down and pretending that you have become shorter than you normally are and yet you can be seen."
