    "content": "This National Assembly is known for complying with the law. I want hon. Members to note that this Report is coming from none other than the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. Who then among all other committees is better suited to know when the laws have been broken or not? That is why I want hon. Members to look at the recommendations of this Committee in that light. In my opinion, the first Committee that must be in the forefront in ensuring that the Constitution is respected is the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I want to let hon. Members know that this recommendation was done by the Committee unanimously."
