    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this country has witnessed appointments which are skewed. This process of appointing people should adhere to the national values found in Article 10 of the Constitution. The national values require regional balance. These days, we do not hear of Mutunga, Ouma, Wafula or Osiemo. We want this one to be balanced. In the next appointments, we want to see the face of Kenya reflected. That way, we shall be adhering to the Constitution."
