If you look at Section 11(13) and I would want to indulge the House to read, it provides: “In short-listing, nominating or appointing persons as chairperson and members of the Commission, the selection panel, the National Assembly and the President shall ensure that… have due regard to the principle of equal opportunities for persons with disabilities.”"
