    "content": "Committee cannot move around the country, come back here and we do not do anything for the public that we visited. If we go back to them the following year, what will they tell us? They will not even come for our meetings. Let me put it this way: In the last financial year, there was an amount of about Kshs5 billion that was provided for. Out of that Kshs5 billion, we decided as a Committee to allocate Kshs2 billion to the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). We added CDF Kshs2 billion through a decision of the Committee. We decided to give the remaining Kshs3 billion to specific projects which the 14 counties that we visited proposed."
