Deputy Speaker, I will urge the Commissioners that those projects be fast tracked, and that the Department of Public Works, who are the major stumbling block to development in our country, and more so in Government projects, should pave way for others, so that by the next financial year all parliamentary projects will be near completion. I want to thank the Committee for allocating an extra Ksh2 billion to the Constituencies Development Funds (CDF). I want doubting Thomases to read Article 6(3) of the Constitution. It reads:"
