    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Report. My understanding of the Budget Policy Statement is informing Parliament of the Executive’s strategic direction. Parliament is supposed to give its input to it. Therefore, as hon. Members make noise, they need to know that they ought to make contribution to the Budget Policy Statement, in terms of areas that that need to be taken care of in the constituencies or counties."
