We will agree with our brothers from the other side, we amend the law to take this money to the constituencies. If you take it to the constituencies, it will amount to Kshs10 million per constituency. If you take the money to Pokot, for example, it is a lot of money which can be used for a big project. Unless the Chairman of the Committee tells me that he is going to my constituency which means he cannot visit another one we will amend the law."
