I thought I told you that the Speaker’s ruling is not subject of debate. That matter is finished. Therefore, we shall proceed with business. Hon. Gumbo, I have indicated in my Communication that the Committee is at liberty to co-opt not more than three experienced Members. I am not saying who should be appointed.
