    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to support the amendments as done by the Senate. It is unfortunate that this Bill took so long in the Senate and there are so many lost opportunities. I want to concur with the Senate on the issue of the disadvantaged groups. It is not just for the youth. We also have the women of this country who are suffering.
