The indication I have is that this Question was directed to the Prime Ministerâs Office, but that subsequently it was agreed that this Question would be answered by the Minister in charge of sewerage and because it also relates to water in a river, that it could similarly be answered by the Minister for Water and Irrigation. I understand the two Ministers are both prepared to answer this Question. So, Prime Minister, now that we have the advantage of you being present in the House, could you determine which of your two Ministers will answer this Question?"
