    "content": "I do not know if someone will be looking for this requirement or for ways to perform and deliver on the contractual obligation of that opportunity that has been accorded to them. I want to support this Bill. However, we need to go further, so that we can empower our young people out there. The only surest way of securing ourselves and this country going forward is to empower our youth and come up with very deliberate interventions that are going to lift them up from their levels of poverty."
