    "content": "We decided, as a Committee, that if we agree that these headquarters should be permanently placed in the locations that were stated in that Bill, then we will be curtailing these headquarters to further expand. Therefore, we decided to bring this Bill as a formality, and that is why I am moving it; to let the House of the county to decide if they want their headquarters to be permanently located in the areas that the Bill stated.
