When we inquired from our Secretariat, we were told that the petitions were pending in the Office of the Clerk. As you give direction, you should consider that some of the hard working committees have done their work and, therefore, some of those things are stuck due to the bureaucracies in the offices. In your direction, we should know whether the 60 days include the time when the bureaucracy is not working well."
