I just wanted to alert you that this Question involved three ministries. There is the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. I was just trying to catch your eye to note that two ministries have talked. But the Ministry of hon. Michuki has not been involved. So, I do agree with you. I will be available on Tuesday and, hopefully, the Prime Minister should consult the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources so that, that problem is solved once and for all. It is a huge problem."
