That is why you see young fellows, every weekend when you call Wilson Airport to look for a helicopter to go somewhere; you are told it was booked last week by these young fellows called the sky team. That is corruption because they cannot account for a single shilling of the money they are obscenely flushing around. We want to control this. We want Kenyans to have value for money. We want Kenyans to be respected for the content of their character and their brain and not for the size of their wallet and bank account.
