What measures is the Government putting in place to contain the rise in cost of living, which is going to rise again from the level it is today, tomorrow, the next day and next year? Secondly, on the issue of assisting the poor and the vulnerable, most of the measures are short term. What measures is the Government taking on a long- term basis to ensure that the poor and vulnerable are not in the situation where they have to be assisted all the time?"
