    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Joint Committee of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security of the National Assembly and the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations of the Senate on the vetting of Mr. Joseph Kipchirchir Boinett – Nominee for appointment to the position of Inspector-General of the National Police Service, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 3rd March, 2015. Mr. Speaker, Sir, Articles 245(1) and 245(2)(a) of the Constitution provide that:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
