Again, as my Chairperson pointed out, there was an amendment to the Universities Act, the Miscellaneous Amendment, 2014; this cleared up that particular issue. Therefore, I would request Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale to look at the Report and also the briefing that was given by my Chairperson before me."
