I checked whether I was on the list or not, or whether I could take a walk and if the rules are changing and there is a better way of showing that I am itching to speak, then I stand to be guided. However, I feel offended with respect to go and check on the list of speakers and find my name on the list and then it is completely disregarded. I have had problems with this."
