(Dr.) Kuti that I am pursuing an ethnic agenda, I would like to draw his attention to Article 238(2)(c) and (d) of the Constitution of Kenya which provide that recruitment by the national security organs shall reflect the diversity of the Kenyan people in equitable proportions and that in performing their functions and exercising their powers, national security organs shall respect the diverse culture and communities within Kenya.
