    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Committee that vetted and approved Mr. Boinett for appointment to the post of Inspector-General of Police. With all due respect, we should support the presidential nominee because he cannot just appoint from nowhere; he must have done his research. The Committee that deliberated on this issue did its work competently. I watched the interview live and I was very convinced that the young man is confident and up to the job. Some of the deliberations have tribal insinuations. I have not met Mr. Boinet but listening to him, I am convinced that he is up to the job. I support his appointment."
