Thirdly, I want to say that it is hoped that all these functions that are listed in Section 10 of the National Police Service Act are functions that the new Inspector-General of Police, if this House approves, will perform and reassure the people of this country, who have been very concerned about their security, that the country is on the right path to recovery with regard to the damage that has been caused.
