If you say that you concluded something which has been brought to my office, was it brought as I came into the Chamber this afternoon? I have dealt with everything that had been brought before I came in. But anyway, you have asked a legitimate question. Before the Committee, we know what there was. The business that was before the Committee was, indeed, as you correctly put it, concluded. But it is the rest of the issues that spilled out that touch on the entire institution of Parliament that we are now addressing. It is not the Motion that was before the Committee. Nobody is revisiting that Motion, it cannot be revisited here and it has not. I told you that the Leader of the Majority Party stood under Standing Order No. 52(h) on a matter of privilege. That is why I have been reminding you that we are not dealing with that Motion, for avoidance of doubt. Hon. Amina Abdalla."
