    "content": "The last point I wish to make is that an allegation of corruption is a very serious allegation. It is a criminal allegation. It is a matter which, if indeed a person or rather if there is evidence, that person must be tried at the highest level possible. Indeed, if found culpable, the sanction for that is serious. So it is not a matter to be dealt with casually. In this context, I want to plead the following: in the context of respecting the traditions and the rules of this House touching on confidentiality, touching on privileged information, you, hon. Speaker, have had access to all the information that this Committee has had opportunity to consider. I personally have had occasion to discuss this matter with you.
