    "content": "Last December, this Committee tabled three historic reports here. In those reports, this Committee dealt with some very controversial matters. On top of the list of those controversial matters was the big issue of confidential expenditure. May I invite you to review the findings and recommendations of this Committee in respect of that very weighty matter that threatened to split this Committee and by looking at the products of this Committee, may you be able to make a determination as to whether there is any sign, on the basis of the evidence delivered before this Committee, the findings made by this Committee, the recommendations made by this Committee, whether those recommendations and findings point to possible influence to arrive to a particular determination."
