    "content": "The candidate has two Masters Degrees, one from the University of Australia and the other one from the University of Westminster where he attended classes when he was in the diplomatic mission. Before I conclude, I want to quote Section 5(1) (g) of the Universities Act of 2012. It states that the Commission for University Education shall recognize and equate degrees, diplomas and certificate conferred or awarded by foreign universities and institutions, in accordance with the standards and guidelines set by the Commission from time to time."
