    "content": "I also wish to invite Members to Section 3 of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act of 2014, where we amended the University Act. The amendment reads that the University will promote, advance, publicise and set standards relevant in the quality of university education including the promotion and support of internationally recognized standards. The import of this amendment is that the internationally recognized standards of higher education are recognized by the Commission for University Education.
