    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I have not said that. I have said that the Committee did not go beyond interrogating the CEO of the Commission for Higher Education. It should have gone further as is required. The Committee is telling us, for instance, that this University is recognized by UNESCO and yet, the USA, the parent country, does not recognise it. Since when did we start dealing with UNESCO on matters of universities operating in individual countries and by-passing the country that is supposed to give accreditation to the university? That is a very big anomaly. I can tell you that this matter will come back to us."
