    "content": "For us to focus everything on what you have done in school is a disappointment to some of us, particularly those who come from the remote areas of Kenya, where we know what is needed to secure those insecure parts of our country. It is also a disservice to our country that every position should be occupied by someone with academic qualifications only. For the avoidance of doubt, I went to one of the best schools in the world. So, I am educated. I am not trying to advocate for non-educated police officers. I am saying that we are putting so much emphasis on areas that do not really require education.
