We will skip, for the time being, Order No.10 and go to Order No.11. I believe that the hon. Members will have thought through this particular issue. Of course, any Member who would want to request that the matter be deferred, we will deal with it at that point in time. Maybe, you should look at it in the meantime, so that you are not ambushed. Allow us to proceed to Order No.9. After this particular Order, we will come back to Order No.11. Before we do that, let us have the Leader of the Majority Party to shed some light on what transpired in the HBC yesterday."
