I said that from the Ministry of Agriculture, we know that we have 23 million bags of cereals available in the country. Some of them are available with farmers elsewhere, and millers can access them. Millers will only go to the SGRs when what is available commercially is exhausted. So, this is just like money we have put in a fixed deposit account in a bank. It will be available to us when we need it. Right now, we do not need it but when we need it, we will make it available to the market."
