    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be deleted. First and foremost, we need to know the genesis of why we need to amend the Children Act. My concerns are very specific. The simple reason is how the rights of a child need to be respected as enshrined in our Constitution. Article 53(1)(e) clearly says that:- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
