    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, with all due respect, I also rise to oppose the proposed amendments by the hon. Member for Matungulu. The amendment by hon. Kaluma is a very good amendment, because those of us who do not have a legal background, what it simply means is that we are sharing parental responsibility. It could not have been said better than what the hon. Member for Narok said, that we are not talking about custody here. We are talking about responsibility and he has done it well. Maybe what we should do as we debate this matter is to be dispassionate about what we know about some people. It is like some of us are guilty as charged; so, what you bring, even if the intention is good, it tends to be clouded in what people perceive your background to be. I oppose."
