    "content": "I support the amendment that has been proposed by hon. Mule. Marriage is an institution that I and my partner agree to get into. Once we have entered that institution then we cannot delegate responsibilities thereof. It is automatic and moral. It is a moral right that the child has to be taken care of by both of us. I want us, as a House, to think of a situation where--- You know marriage is not a bed of roses."
