    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 5- Amendment of section 81 of No.8 of 2001 5A. The principal Act is amended in section 83(1) by— (a) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (j)— “(j) the age of the child.” Hon. (Prof.) Nyikal had fears as a paediatrician. Looking at the custody and maintenance of a child, the age of the child should be taken into consideration. That is the import of this amendment."
