    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I strongly support the amendment. Climate change issues are cross-cutting. They cannot be left to one sector or Ministry. The fact that the President will be chairing the Climate Council is very good for this country. That is the practice in many jurisdictions, where they have climate change law."
