"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I understand. I fully understand. I was just saying that I did not know at the time that he is having those problems. I know that he would not have asked if he had known that other people had asked a similar question. But this question had been asked. It is about vulnerability versus inflation. I have talked about the socio-safety net, which the Government is introducing. I said that the experimental phase has already been passed and the Government is going to roll it out countrywide to target those people who are particularly vulnerable in order to cushion them against the adverse effects of the increase in the cost of living. I hope that answers the Memberâs question."
