Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 14 and substituting therefor the following new clause─ Climate Change Directorate. 14 (1) There is established the Climate Change Directorate, as a Directorate in the State Department for the time being responsible for Climate Change.
