Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 16 of the Bill be amended by─ (a) deleting the words “chief executive officer” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the words “ Director of Climate Change”; (b) deleting the word, “Board” and substituting therefor the words “Council” in sub-clause(1). This is a consequential amendment."
