    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I did say that we are trying to have the prices go down. That is the reason why we are zero-rating the imports of this stuff. But right now, the price of maize and wheat on the international market is too high that even if it is brought in zero-rated, it will still be higher than the price of locally produced maize. So, the measures that we are talking about here are the ones that are aimed at lowering the price of maize flour. So, whether it is imported or local, it will still be subjected to these other measures which the Government is introducing in order to reduce the cost of maize or wheat flour to the consumers in the country."
